Captured by me on my iPhone 13 pro as I was sailing a Bosphorus boat tour on the Bosphorus sea in Istanbul. This photo is a glimpse of the famous Ortakoy mosque….a must & mystical visit. A beautiful, semi old fashioned interior mosque surrounded by boutique shops and vendors (depending on time of day - I personally came across many tented vendors set up right outside the mosque, by the water - selling souvenirs, kumpir (stuffed potato street food), ice cream, etc. You will also find cute cafes, many restaurants all within the same land - a perfect stop to make in the evening, with a view of the Bosphorus bridge, and lovely live music.
